Usage and Key Features

Count messages sent by delegates " on behalf of" another mailbox in the Sent Items folder of the delegator's mailbox.

Allows for the selection and grouping of mailboxes based on specified attributes, facilitating organized analysis tailored to specific criteria.
Enables the filtering of Outlook items by properties, allowing for a refined examination of specific types of messages based on defined attributes.
Offers flexibility in adjusting the level of detail in the report, ranging from a total count per mailbox to a detailed list of matching Outlook items.

New report on messages sent on behalf of an Office 365 mailbox

We have developed a new report to count and list messages sent " on behalf of" a delegated mailbox in Office 365: Delegated Mailings. This post complements the one we dedicated to this same issue on September 27, 2021.

Sample Report: Delegated Mailings

This sample report lists all the messages sent "on behalf of" the Support mailbox, that is hosted in Exchange Online, in the last 3 months.
