General Public Folder Content

Use this report to browse the content of your public folders.

• Enables the selection of public folders by name, server/DAG/database, or public folder mailbox.
• Provides the ability to filter Outlook items by properties such as date, size, sender, or other attributes, facilitating targeted searches and refinement of content displayed in the report.
• Allows users to adjust the detail level of the report from a summary view at the public folder level to a more granular level showing individual Outlook items.
• Offers customization options for selecting the report detail level, that can be adjusted from public folder (total) to Outlook item (detailed list).
