Usage and Key Features

Use this report to browse the content of your public folders.

Enables the selection of public folders by name, server/DAG/database, or public folder mailbox.
Provides the ability to filter Outlook items by properties such as date, size, sender, or other attributes, facilitating targeted searches and refinement of content displayed in the report.
Allows users to adjust the detail level of the report from a summary view at the public folder level to a more granular level showing individual Outlook items.
Offers customization options for selecting the report detail level, that can be adjusted from public folder (total) to Outlook item (detailed list).
