Use this report to find out quickly which mailboxes need archiving.

Displays a simplified summary of mailbox content, offering insights into age distribution, folder count, average item size, and the percentage of read items.
Enables the selection and grouping of mailboxes based on attributes, facilitating tailored analysis.
Allows for the selection of specific folders with or without sub-folders.
Provides the capability to filter Outlook items by properties, enabling focused analysis based on specific criteria such as sender, recipient, or message status.
Users can define time intervals as needed.
