Message Response Times

Use this report to obtain statistics on unread, replied or forwarded messages in selected mailboxes and folders.

• Calculates the time elapsed between message delivery and the last response action (Reply, Reply All, Forward), offering visibility into communication efficiency and responsiveness.
• Enables the selection and grouping of mailboxes based on defined attributes, facilitating organized analysis tailored to specific criteria.
• Allows for the selection of specific folders with or without their sub-folders for analysis.
