PF Message Response Times

Use this report to obtain statistics on unread, replied or forwarded messages in selected public folders.

• Calculates the duration between message delivery to a folder and the last action (Reply, Reply All, Forward) on the message, offering visibility into response times within public folders for performance evaluation and optimization.
• Allows users to select public folders by name, server/DAG/database, or public folder mailbox, enabling targeted analysis of response times for specific folders.
• Provides the ability to filter Outlook items within public folders by properties such as date, sender, or other attributes, facilitating focused analysis.
• Offers the flexibility to adjust the report's detail level from a summary view per folder to a detailed list of individual Outlook items.
