Public Folder Size

Use this report to filter public folders by size or number of items.

• Allows users to select public folders by name, server/DAG/database, or public folder mailbox.
• Provides the capability to filter Outlook items within public folders by properties such as date, size, sender, or other attributes, facilitating targeted analysis and refinement of displayed content based on specific criteria.
• Enables sorting of public folders by name, size, or number of items.
