Usage and Key Features

Use this report to find out if the mail contacts contained in your directory are really being used.

Lists mail contacts based on their usage status, distinguishing between contacts that have been actively used and those that have remained unused during the reporting period for monitoring and management purposes.
Allows users to select and group mail contacts by attributes, facilitating customized analysis based on contact characteristics, usage patterns, or other relevant criteria for targeted reporting and assessment.
