Use this report to find out which public folders are too large, active, inactive or no longer in use.

Users can select specific public folders and group them by server, Database Availability Group (DAG), or public folder mailbox.
Public folders can be filtered based on size, number of items, date created, or date modified.
The report can be presented as a pie chart, a table, or a combination of both.
