Generate a separate report for each selected mailbox

You may need to produce some individual reports on e-mail traffic, mailbox content, or mailbox storage. It is possible to do it in a few clicks with Promodag Reports, since running those reports one by one would be really time-consuming.

For example, you need to obtain individual reports showing the current content of 30 different mailboxes, in PDF format. You can use the General Mailbox Content report template for that purpose.

After you have set your selection in the Selection tab, simply select Display name as level 1 grouping and the Separate report check box in the report Group tab.

Then, select the Disk file destination and the Portable Document Format (Pdf) format in the Output tab.

You will eventually obtain 30 separate *.pdf files, one for each mailbox.
