How can I upgrade to the Enterprise edition?

We want our loyal customers to upgrade to the Enterprise edition when they are ready for the increased functionality without worrying about paying a penalty. This is why customers currently under maintenance will just pay the price difference between their existing edition and the Enterprise, while customers no longer under maintenance will be offered a special discount to upgrade.
