What can be the impact of Promodag Reports on my Exchange environment ?

What kind of impact might I find if I tried your product in a production environment? Is there anything I should be concerned about?

Answer:

• Promodag Reports is agentless and you do not need to install anything our your Exchange server(s). 
• Reports are based on native Exchange Server data sources; most of the information is imported into a separate database (SQL Express LocalDB or SQL Server). Message tracking are read from a shared resources on the server during the import process. This has a minimal impact on performances.
• Promodag Reports does only need a dynamic access to Exchange servers while generating reports on size or content of mailboxes/public folders. It does not take any more resources from servers than an Outlook client.

Therefore, you should not be concerned about anything when installing Promodag Reports in your production environment.
