What is Message Trace in Exchange Online?
The Message Trace feature in the Exchange Administration Center for Exchange Online allows you to create CSV files with details like subject, sender, recipient, time, and size of emails processed by Exchange Online within the last 10 days. These files are crucial for analyzing email traffic, generating reports, or searching for messages to meet legal requirements. Additionally, you can produce these Office 365 message tracking files using the Get-MessageTrace cmdlet in Exchange Online PowerShell.
